Membership and participation: 265 euros

                          
                          You are an actress, an actor of peace. 

                          We cordially invite you to participate. 

                          Our association does not currently receive subsidies 
                          to realize this meeting, 

                          So the costs are covered and shared between all 
                          participants.

                          However, upon request, we can send to you an official 
                          invitation to "Poets at the summits"

                          if you can obtain some financial aids  
                          
                          for your travel and subsistence 

 through an association, or an organization in your area or your country.
                          
                          How can you participate? 

                          1) By your 
                          membership 30 euros 

                           Send 
                          the amount of your membership, 

                          a contribution of 30 euros 

                          to the association "Poets at the summits"

                          By cheque sent to the following address:

            2) 
            Your package of participation for an amount of 235 euros 
            
            It comprises! 

            * Lifts:
            
            - 
            Go and back Aiguille du Midi and Helbronner

            - Go and back to the Montenvers site

            - Go and back to the Flégère Index

            * The 
            refuge at the Hotel Montenvers 

               night with dinner on 23 and breakfast 

            * 
            Dinners taken together on 20, 21, 22 and 24. 

            The buffet of the 20 is offered by the town of Chamonix. 

            * contribution in

            technical costs.

                          Important tip: 

                          We ask you to book as soon as possible 

                          because the Chamonix Valley is a  

                          place much frequented  in the summer as in winter!
                          
 Choose now your accommodation in Chamonix. 

                          Book the night 
                          with breakfast. 

                          The Tourism Office of Chamonix and its reservation 
                          center 

                          can give information and advice at best 

                          depending on your capabilities and wishes. 

                             Accommodations range from the proposed night 
                          lodging at 16 euros per person 

                          at the 4-star hotel much more expensive.

The night with breakfast would be about 30 euros per person

3 - There are also several campsites
for those who would want to plant the tent.

4) Meals
The lunches are made freely on the scene invested.
You can bring a picnic but if you prefer,
a rapid meal may be taken
on the sites visited.
They are not included in the package.

Evening meals are taken together in a restaurant
which can accommodate our group.
They are included in the package requested below.

5) Your travel through the valley
One host card offered by the city of Chamonix will be given to each participant.
It enables eligible of transport network, bus and train (excluding lifts)
