Insurance: the association does not engage its responsibility

for your participations in the proposed activities.

Each participant is asked to check the validity of his/her contract of insurance

for activities performed in the mountains.

 

 To arrive at Chamonix by France:

The town of Chamonix is only served by SNCF, buses and trains. The railstation is near the centre.

* By car, the valley is easily accessible

by highway A 40 that leads to Mount Blanc tunnel .

* By plane, the Geneva Airport  in Switzerland is the closest - 70 kms

* Bus route from Geneva to Chamonix

* By train at the station of Saint-Gervais

* Then take the little train that serves the villages of the valley from St. Gervais to Vallorcine. He stops at the station of Chamonix

* Annecy - 100 kms is the French city closest

and is served at departure Gare de Lyon in Paris

 by a TGV Paris-Annecy

There is so TGV Paris - Genève

* a Bus Annecy Chamonix exists

starting from the railway station Annecy

 By Switzerland by Martigny and Geneva,

 By Italy, through the Aosta valley, Courmayeur

and cross the Mont Blanc Tunnel

 

In the mountains, in summer, the weather can be very hot

and become  very quickly cold,
depending of the wind, altitude and weather.
 *You have to prepare comfortable and convenient clothes
Pants, T-shirt,
hiking shoes (very important) , clothing breathable
pull hot, backpack
*For the Aiguille du Midi, provide bonnet, gloves, warm clothing
*For dinner, you can bring city clothes and
if you really want, a cocktail dress
*To bring a piece of clothing representing your country

is also  a very good idea,

as a hat or scarf or another effect

For animations , "empoétisation" of the valley, please address us a selection of your original poetry in your original language and, if possible, with a translation in English and french 

digital files, word documents.

For poetic evenings, send to us your proposal to participate

with your content presentation

For the round with flags, we ask to everyone to bring
at least one large flag representing a nation on the planet,
several if it's possible


For the parade poetic, bring an sound instrument

of your choice or your composition

For dedications, bring your books to present and sell,

and all other objects of your poetic creation.

And most importantly, we expect that everyone brings its creativity,

its joy for living, its good mood, its peculiarities, its differences,

and its universality

 in accordance with the ethics of the culture of peace of which we recall the  messages of the 2000 manifesto.
